Years ago I became a member of an online craft school. They have hundreds of different classes in different scenarios. Lately, I have been taking the cooking classes. Why is that important? Interesting that on several of them, each class is taught by a different person one thing each of them stated. When you are cooking or baking (some are bread and such) you need to be in a good mood so you put those good “vibes” into your cooking.
I am sure we have all said from time to time and asked the question why is Grandma’s chicken soup so much better than mine? The answer is the “love” she placed in it while she was making it.
A big part of everyone’s life is the ability to place energy into things and situations. Hence why we use different herbs and spices, the planets and zodiac, and even different waters (weather magic) all contribute. What is most important is the energy that comes from us.
If we are in a bad mood have you ever noticed how the day is just off and everything goes wrong? Plus the fact the more frustrated and angry you become the worse it gets. Then, when you take a breath and get back to your happy place the day takes a 360-degree turn. My point is we are the ones that can choose how our day and life is going to be like.
I hear you saying it’s not my fault. Whether it is your fault or not is irrelevant it’s all about how you handle it and what energy you put into it. I have been observing this with myself and others for many years and this is how I see it pan out.
My challenge to you is to change your moods, record what your day has been like, and see if you can change the overall energy pattern of the day. There are going to be points in our life where we need to face a challenge and things are thrown at us on purpose. Those are the challenges to make us stronger and teach us something, but even they can be turned around from what seemed like a bad day to a good one.
Many Blessings,
