    A Triskele Chant

    The Triskele Chant

A Summer of Practical Magick Post

    Hi Magick Makers!

I think it would be lovely to use the triskele as a symbol for meditation and chants, and perhaps an altar cloth or plaque.

“The Triskele or Triskelion is a symbol that consists of three interlocked spirals. It is one of the oldest Irish Celtic symbols in existence, and is best known to represent the three worlds; the celestial, physical, and spiritual.”
-From the Irish Travel Guide dot com

    Other triple meanings can be:
    mind, body, spirit
    maiden, mother, crone
    page, father, sage
    birth, death, rebirth
    sand, sea, sky

A chant that I have envisioned using the Triskele symbolism and tri-spiral meanings to connect to our deities and our divine self (which I am taking a little poetic license here and calling the “divinu”) in meditation and ritual is:

    “Earth, Moon, Spiritu
    Cernunnos, Rhiannon, Danu
    That which resides within you
Is the the heart of the Divinu”
    -ViNi

I hope that you like this and try it, or a Triskele chant of your own that inspires your meditative pursuits

    Magickal Blessings,
    Vi ?
